Set Up Landing Pages

One trick you can borrow from affiliate marketers is setting up a landing page for your blog. Confused? Don't be. I very well know blogs do not have landing pages but the idea is good nevertheless.



It is a well known fact that Internet users' attention span is very short. Hence, it pays to make a few of your posts above par but which ones? Looking at your statistics tool can give you a hint. You may spot a few pages which rank high in search engines or be popular in social networking sites and therefore visited frequently by surfers. Take another look at them. See if you can improve their appearance and readability without making drastic changes to the posts. Maybe italicizing a few words or making a header or two bolder might help. Check if you can link to other pages from those articles.

If you want to add extra material, something you previously forgot, use the comments section. Apart from its obvious function of interacting with the readers, comments provide you the space to expand your points. Make those pages stand out, they are your landing pages.
